All counselling sessions are provided online for adults living anywhere in British Columbia. As an online therapist in BC, my practice centres neurodivergent experiences by offering flexible and affirming support for Autistic, AuDHD, PDA, RSD, and Highly Sensitive (HSP) neurotypes, as well as queer and trans clients.

75-Minute: $195 CAD
90-Minute: $234 CAD
GST included. Limited sliding scale fees are available.
What to Expect in Sessions
Sessions take place on a secure, encrypted platform. You’re welcome to have your camera on or off, use movement, stimming, or fidget tools, and communicate in whatever way works best for you. This space is for you, and I will do my best to create a flexible and accessible environment that honours neurodivergent needs.
